This wine is a blend of mostly Syrah with Grenache and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
picked when fully ripe.
The must is fermented with pulps and skins for several in weeks after crushing
and destemming. This gives color and structure. Fermentation takes place at the
optimum temperature for extracting aromas and smooth tannins.
Powerful nose with morello cherries notes and ample in the mouth.
A carton of 6 bottles minimum.
