This cuvée is the result of several years of research. Vinification has been tested in small ovoid containers and different materials : terracotta amphora, stoneware jars, … The best aromatic extraction is very complex!
This wine offers several aromas and a rich mouth-feel.
Blend : cinsault, grenache with a touch of semillon
