A natural setting made for the vine
A listed Grand Site de France, Sainte-Victoire has a striking natural beauty that makes it an exceptional place to grow vines.
With the highest vineyard on the slopes of the mountain, Domaine de Saint-Ser enjoys soils of strong character and an outstanding south-facing exposure.

The right vessel to reveal the terroir
On one side, a fully temperature-controlled stainless steel vat room lets the cellar master follow each vinification without disturbing its natural cycle.
On the other, a cellar where traditional barrels sit alongside terracotta amphorae, stoneware jars and concrete eggs. Their ovoid shapes enhance aromatic extraction and produce great terroir wines.

Passionate women and men
Jacqueline Guichot Bertin and her team share a deep conviction: the best wines come from a healthy vineyard, free from any chemical inputs, as close as possible to the terroir.
“Guided by the biodynamic calendar, we must observe, smell and taste to judge the right moment at every stage. Each wine sets its own pace, and that is what makes it unique.”
