Article 5 - Orders
Wines are sold in cases of 6 bottles of 75 cl. The order is final once payment is confirmed. A summary email is sent to the customer.
Article 6 - Payment
Payment is made by card through a secure payment platform. The amount is charged when the order is placed.

Deliveries are made to mainland France, including Corsica, to the address given by the customer. For any other destination (French overseas territories, other countries), the customer contacts the estate at +33 4 42 66 30 81 or domaine@saint-ser.com. Shipping is free from 30 bottles. Delivery times are given as an indication only.
On receipt, the customer checks the condition of the parcel in the presence of the carrier. If a parcel is broken or damaged, the customer notes precise reservations on the delivery slip and informs the estate within 3 days, with photos, at domaine@saint-ser.com. Broken bottles are replaced or refunded.
Article 8 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without giving any reason, by notifying domaine@saint-ser.com.
